We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched, so ensure there is someone who can sign for your order at the specified shipping address. Our courier does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
the courier will try to deliver the package three times, leaving a card with instructions on each occasion. After 3 working days our Customer Service will contact you directly by email.
Return & Exchange Policy
Samples cannot be returned.
We happy to refund or exchange a product providing it's in a sealed fully re-sellable condition. Any items returned damaged will not be refunded, we recommend using an insured courier to return items. Returns should be made within 30 days of purchase and in original, undamaged packaging. Please note the buyer is responsible for returning products and this must be done at the buyers cost. We are unable to refund any delivery charges.
Please inspect all rolls prior to hanging as a refunds cannot be issued once the product has been hung.In the event of finding a fault please contact us immediately. We cannot be held responsible for decorator’s costs. You should check all wallpaper products for faults before and during hanging and keep all the product labels until you have finished decorating. CLICK & COLLECT
Click & collect is a free service we offer all our customers and is available at checkout on selected products. Orders can be collected at your nearest store usually within 48 hours (2 working days) during normal store opening hours.
An Email notification will be sent once your order has been readied.
Please take your order confirmation email and proof of ID to the store to collect your order. If someone else collects your order they’ll need YOUR proof of ID and the email.
Unwanted Item must be returned in a sealed fully re-sellable condition within 21 days and with your receipt. Any items returned damaged will not be refunded. Excludeds items that are made to order or special orders.
